My friend was employed as an OIC-supervisor at a certain restaurant. After a month working diligently theres an incident happen the cash in the cash register was missing, amounting to 30,000. Her superiors including the owner insisted her to to admit her guilt eventhough she didn;t do anything. She was still allowed to go to work inspite of what happened but her employer and co-employees have treated her differently, marking her as a theif even when she is not. The acts of discriminations done against her by employer left her no other option but to forego with her continued employment.

Is that a constructive dismissal?

If yes what move she has to do in order to get damages from her past employer?

Where she can file her petition?

What Documents she has to present?
