Arresto Menor

Hi. I was a call center agent before and as you guys know, call center do have training bond and in my previous company, you need to stay there for four months. However, I AWOL after 2 months. Do I still need to settle the training bond? Because all of my batch mates who did AWOL just ignored it. Though the company is sending mail regarding the bond, and they were saying that if ever we didn't settle it we will be on legal notice. Help please..
