i need legal advise sa collision ng car ko at puj. eto po yung nangyari:
nasa one way street po ako, hindi ko matandaan yung speed ko. intention ko po mag right turn sa next intersection when a puj very quickly made a u-turn in front of me. na-complete na po niya yung u-turn pero wala na po akong chance magreact kasi nagulat ako sa bilis ng u-turn nya. i tried to avoid colliding with the puj and moneuvered to my left side hoping to avoid pero nahagip ko pa rin yung likod niya. sirang sira yung front right ng saksakyan ko and medyo may damage rin yung puj.
yung facts sa police report says:
"Investigation conducted disclosed that Party A [eto po yung PUJ] was traveling and entering the one way traffic of Gaisano Street and upon making a U-turn at Gen. Maxilom Avenue his vehicle collided with the vehicle of Party B (ako po eto) who was traveling along Gen. Maxilom Avenue and about to execute a right turn at Gaisano Street. Both vehicles incurred damages of undetermined amount."
Meron din remaarks ang investigator which says:
"Party A was more responsible to the cause of the vehicular accident."
Pareho po kaming walang on damage na insurance at magcocontest daw sila at ang sinasabing dahilan ay yung violation nila ay yung pag-enter lang daw ng one-way traffic. sinasabi pa nilang nakatulog daw ako at yun ang dahilan ng banggaan.
