good day po Atty. ask ko lng po if pwede po bang kasuhan ng child abuse ang isang ina if 14 years nyang iniwan ang mga anak nya at ni minsan ay hindi sya nakapagpadala ng sustento at kahit tawag mn lng sa mga anak nya ay wla rin? ang panganay nya po ay 2 years old, ang sunod po ay 1 year old and 4 months at ang bunso po ay 6 months nung iniwan nya po sa kanyang ina yung mga anak nya.

it can fall under RA 9262 as economic abuse

it depends what particular act is actually charged. you can look up ra 9262
