Do I have a case if the company told me that I was being assigned to a new project and new position even though I told them I was going to lose money if I agree to the reassignment. They did tell me that they will find a way somehow to compensate me for the loss of income but as of today, no increase and they have remove the benefits I enjoyed in my previous post (I was an SME-QAS). It seems to me that the reassignment was a demotion since I lost money and benefits. Any advice?
