Hi,

I would like to ask if what is the best way we can terminate an employee who is refuse to report at work even we already ask her to come back at work at this date.

send to his address a written return to work order and give him 5 days from receipt to explain why he should not be terminated. include a schedule of an admin hearing.

if no show, you can send a notice of termination after management has considered the case.
