Hi, good day po, Call Center Agent po ako and I've been working for about 2 years and a month. What happened was I had a call on Nov. 3,2010, sa sales kasi ako, my only goal is to close a sale on that day, pero honestly speaking because of the fast pace of exchange of information kasi madami kami pinag usapan ng Customer over the phone, na confuse po ako at instead of upgrading a customers phone unit, I added a line of service. It was not my intention para dugasin ang customer, and I was not desperate to make a sale, so yun na nga po ang nangyari, na 30 day suspension ako, then after nun hndi pa rin tapos ang resolution ko, ang offense na charge sa akin ay Encouraging False churn, so removal from the program yun as per policy ng program, and naniniwala ako na hndi intentional yun, tatanggapin ko po kung remove nila ako sa program pero ang problema ay pati sa company tinaggal nila ako, kasi daw may na pull up sila na call ko similar dun, and I really believed na hndi ko talaga gagawin yun, ang sabi nila yung na pull up nila na comment ng customer ay parehas ng case ko and it is habitual daw, which is hndi totoo. May binigay sila na papeles sa akin kahapon at pinapipirma ako, hndi ko pinirmahan at hndi ko acknowledge kasi mali, and wala sila nabigay na recording about dun sa call na sabi nila similar sa case ko, I need a legal advice about this...
