Arresto Menor

I was reviewing a draft of the condominium Contract To Sell that i wish to purchase and I didn't see any provision there regarding the right of the Buyer to terminate/cancel the contract if I wishes. Is it uniform to all contracts of the developers? Please help.

yes, you will have to rely on pd 957 and civil code
