Atty, ano ho ba ang gagawin ko, bayad ako ng bayad ng monthly payment sa kinuha kong huluganng lupa (developer SRDC-LIPA CITY), pero halos isang taon na akong nagbabayad wala pa akong natatangap na CONTRACT TO SELL, ano ho ba ang mabuti kong gawin?
