Good day!
Tanong q lang po, 2011 pa po namin na reserve ung house & lot and hinuhulugan ito pero last Sept. 2017 lang kami nabigyan ng Contract to Sell. Tapos ngayon, June 2018 sabi ng manager kilangan kuhanin ang notarize CTS namin kc mali daw po ang nailagay hindi dw po nallagyan ng interst ung payment na nakalagay.
Pwede pa ba nila baguhin un at lagyan ng interest kahit na may notarize CTS na kaming hawak?
Sana po matulungan nyo ako.

assuming that you refused, can you also prove that what you agreed upon was the property would be sold to you without interest, and that this is not just an error?

Wala po silang any file ng mga previous na napag usapan. 3rd CTS na po ito na pinirmahan namin
and ito lang po ang binalik nila na duly signed ng 3 matatas na tao sa side ng developer.
Ung una pong Manager na kausap namin nagtago na dahil s mga kaso nya. The 2nd Manager eh biglaan
po ung pagkamatay no endorsements. Ung current manager po kami po ang hinihingan ng file
kung ano daw po ung pinirmahan namin during reservation eh nasa kanila po ung file wla po kaming file
nun. Wiling naman po kami sa may interest pero not dun sa current rates nila ngayon kc po 2011 pa poi
yon hinuhulugan.And ung CTS bago po ibigay o I cancel ung notarize na CTS eh ilatag po ung bagong
pipirmahan namin kasi ang gusto nila po kuhanin agad ung mali na CTS para I cancel without new one na
dapat agreee muna kami sa interest na ilalagay nila.
