I want to ask lang po about a contract to sell. We had a contract to sell a parcel of land. The payment scheme was in installments. However, after some payment, namatay yung seller but we have spa in favor of the sister. Ano po dapat gawin namin na remedy. Continue po ba yung pagbabayad every month until mafully paid? Thank you po.
