Good day , meron po akong hinuhulugan na lote, reservation lang po ang napirmahan at hindi pa po ako yung pumirma ksi nasa abroad ako that time. almost two years po yung nabayaran ko. for downpayment po. in short di pa kumpleto yung down payment. i want to get my money back from the developer. what steps can i do to get my money back and how much am I entitled to since hindi naman ako nakapirma ng contract to sell?
