My Lessee wants to recontract but she did not yet pay me before i give her the contract of lease. We had already talk to pay the 1 month deposit and 1 month advance on June 3 but she didn't and so she said she will pay me on June 6 but until now not even call me and not answer my call too. In short she is hiding already.
I let my representative to file a complain from our brgy.on June 7.But it seems the brgy in charge did not much giving attention to my problem.
Who can help me to solve this matter instead of the brgy or in court? I rely to my representative because i'm here abroad.
