our tenant accused my husband of breaking and entry

Our tenant filed a complaint against my husband for breaking and entry when all the while he was just getting dormats at our backyard around 9pm the other night claiming that my husband was inside her room and that he has her iPad at hand..which very unlikely because i had been sick for a couple of days and that my husband is the who over sees our 4 kids it has not been 5mins when he left our room to get the basahan and my eldest was waiting for him at the backdoor..we were humiliated the ff morning they filed a complaint to the brgy but we were refused to get a copy of the blotter..what are we to do next?

Wala na po kayong magawa, but to answer the complaint. If the allegations were true, then, it is proper to enter into a possible amicable settlement.

Thanks for responding. Well that's the plan, kaya lng sa brgy we eere denied a copy of the blotter kc daw respondent kmi we wld nneed daw the authorization nung complainant bgo kmi makakuha ng copy. I told them that is unjust kc how would we be able to answer and counter the accusation f ndi namen alam what's really been filed..tas dto din sa assoc namen its as f their just finding ways para ndi kmi ng copy ng statement sa knila netong tenant namen,n mejo nakakarindi na din yung mga parinig nila na mga profanities and defamatory vulgar language nahihurl nila pero we choose to not indulge them of any reaction. Tama po ba yung ginagawa ng brgy na ndi kmi makakuha ng copy ng blotter and if that's the case pano po yung magiging depesa namen sa lupon if Wala kming pagbabasehan na statements from the complainant...please advise..thanks!

Mali po yung barangay. anyone can get a copy of a blotter report because that is public record.

Just get a copy of blotter report and the complaint para maka answer kayo responsively sa complaint against sa inyo.
