Hi Atty, as required by the franchise agreement, I can sell equipment to my franchisor at 20% of the cost, Currently, they are using my equipments for free for they take over my outlet while we are waiting for the lease contract to finish..they borrowed the equipment and did not mention anything yet..I sent them a proposed list of the items that I intend to sell and I intend to get after the contract expires but never heard anything from them about it..I believe they will still renew the contract, but I am worried if I can still get my equipments back or if I can get the payment..Can I give them a quotation and demand for 15 days notice if they will buy it and require them to pay before the end contract date or else we will pull them out? please advise

i recommend you negotiate with them rather than just making a sudden demand letter.
