Arresto Menor

We are legal owners of a parcel of land purchase though PAG-IBIG Housing LOan program which was taken out last October 2008..

Out of the inconceivable deception or arrogance from the previous owners who happens to be my in-laws. We temporary depart from the property (Last Dec 2 2010) due a dispute and intimidation, grave threat (2 times) from a minor whose parents are tolerating the actions of their son..We are now renting a small house for our safety and peace.

Now, we are demanding my brother in-law(parents of the boy who attempted our lives) staying in the same area we legally possessed, to vacate the premises agravated by continued threat and arrogrance of my in-laws and his son.. We have filed a complaint (Demand to vacate) in the barangay however they continued to demand higher price(200T) in exchange for vacating the property.

Is unlawful detainer of the property an appropriate action to file in court..

Please Help

i think ejectment based on forcible entry is more appropriate.
