How and where can i file a complaint against my husband who happened to have an affair to a certain girl working as domestic helper in Sohar Oman? my husband is presently employed at Bahwan Cybertek ( Muscat Oman ) as vocational instructor assigned in Shinas Vocational Center sinced october 2009..He left last October 19, 2009.After 3 months, he came back home for his one week vacation.The agony started after three days of his arrival..i found out that they're living together because of the incoming text messages from that girl.there was a time that we ( girl and i ) fight / argued by shouting each other over the phone while my husband sitting beside me and kept on asking my forgiveness.
In short, i let him to go back again in Oman after one week..but since then,girl kept on texting me that caused of my depressions.Text messages and calls from her that almost kill my whole being. I couldn't accept the fact that they're still living together.Atty, please help me.I want them to pay for what they did..but how? Can i file a case against them? What grounds? I'm still keeping my mobile phone contains their text messages..pwede ko po ba itong maging proof or evidence against them?

these text messages are admissible, but are not very good evidence.

how do you know that your husband went back to her?

since this happened abroad, the best bet is psychological violence under RA 9262 for repeated marital infidelity.

thank you very much for your advice atty.LLL. just back now..there was a time that instead of my hubby 'yong girl po ang sumasagot ng mga tawag at txt ko..each time na siya ( girl )ang nasa kabilang line,eventually mag-aaway na kami ng girl..
wala po kaming anak atty. at ako po ang nagsupport sa asawa ko para makatapos at makapgmasteral para makapagturo lang sa abroad.living together since may 2004 but we just got married last aug 1 2008. may right po ba ako para magdemand ng sustento? i need more advice atty.please help me..once again, thank you and more power. yes, as a wife, you have the right to demand support.

the spouse of one of the posters here sent demand letters to the other spouse's employer, the philippine embassy, and the foreign government. it forced the other spouse to support, but it was mostly out of embarrassment rather than being legally required.
