My Husband's Affair with his Ex-Gf

Atty pls i need your advice.I'am currently working abroad. A few months ago i learned that my husband is having an affair with his ex-gf who is presently married too. I have proofs, cellphone and fb messages sent to me admitting that she's having an affair with my husband.And in some instances my husband confirmed it to me.I have a feeling that they are living together right now since the girl already abandoned her husband and kids kasi nalaman na din nun asawa nya ang affair nila ng husband ko. My questions are what charges can I file against them? Can i send a complaint to the company where the girl is working right now (she's a bank officer)and ask for a disciplinary action against her?

Base on the facts you have given it is very apparent that your husband and his paramour is committing the crime of concubinage punishable under the Revised Penal Code. To your second question well ofcourse you may contact the company where the paramour of your husband is working to subject her for disciplinary action on grounds of immorality

you can also add a charge of adultery if the woman is married, but my concern for you is that these fb messages and texts will not be strong evidence if they deny being liable.

i also do not subscribe to filing cases at the place of work, but that's just my opinion
