Arresto Menor

A married woman here. My husband is a lawyer who is having an affair with a married woman, also a lawyer who passed the recent 2017 Bar Examination. They had a son before this woman got married to another man.  Her husband doesn’t know what’s going on and I haven’t talked to him yet. I am so exhausted of feeling the pain. What could be the possible legal action to be done to the both of them?

you can file an adultery case against them if you can prove that your husband fathered this child by obtaining the BC of the child if he acknowledged the child.
