Magandang araw po ATTY.LLL

Mayroon pong minanang palaisdaan ang tatay ko at mga kapatid niya ito po ay 2 property na may 2 tax declaration at gusto po nila itong patituluhan at mailipat sa pangalan nila. Ang tanging dokumento lang po n hawak nila ay declation of real property n nakapangalan pa po sa mga magulang nila at yung isa naman po ay Heir's of (pangalan ng magulang nila. Ano po bang mga dokumento at proseso ang kailangan upang maisagawa itong pagpapatitulo.

the parents may have already filed an application with bfar or denr. they should check how to continue
