Atty help po. I want to get a passport, I requested for a birth cert here are the few problems na nakita ko:
Mother's Maiden Name:
Entry: Leticia Conde Borgonia
Should be: Leticia Onde Borgonia
Father's Name:
Entry: Julito Cutodioc Raymundo
Should be: Julito Cutidioc Raymundo
Date of Marriage (for legit birth)
Entry: December 10, 1980
Unfortunately nde pa po sila kasal nung pinanganak ako (August 16,1982)Kinasal po sila Oct 28,1985. Pero nilagay nila kasal na sila.
All my records indicates the correct Middle name of my parents.
(Bank records/school records etc.)
Kailangan ko po makakuha ng passport this July. Nabasa ko po sa forum na at least 1 year to correct these entries pag nag petition ako. Ano po kaya ang pinaka maganda at mabilis na gawin para makakuha ako ng Passport this July?
If ever po ba supporting docs will do? Nabasa ko po sa ibang post dito na, dfa might ask for affidavits. Anong affidavits po kya ung kailangan and how can i secure one? Thanks!
