Atty. I am already a professional woman now at age 21, but then I have a problem with my Birth certificate particularly GENDER ERROR. Instead of FEMALE it was MALE that had been registered.

Can I ask some advice on what to do? or what are the steps in fixing this error also the things/requirements that I need to prepare.

I badly needed your advice and help for this matter. Thank you in Advance.

you will need to file a petition in court to have it corrected.
