Ano po ba dapat gawin kung ang last name na lumalabas sa nso birth cert ko ay last name ng nanay ko? kasal naman po sila ng tatay ko pero sa municipal birth cert ko tama naman po. dahil po ba late rgstrd ako kaya ganon? tnx po
