Ano po ba ang parusa ng "rape defined and penalized under article 266-a paragraph 2 of the revised penal code as amended by RA 8353 in relation to republic act no. 7610"?

Bibigyan po ba ng korte ng abogado ang akusado o kaylangan po namin humingi ng tulong sa PAO (not guilty po ang plead).

6-12 years. every court has a Pao lawyer, that is his lawyer. probably the same one who assisted him during arraignment.

Atty, what if the child is a relative (niece) and is under 7 years old. Is it still 6-12 years penalty?

in that case, i believe punishment will be 12-20 years. best for him to ask his own lawyer.
