please help me about ra 7610 sec 5

hello isa po kong ofw may asawa at 2 anak... bago po ako umalis may kaso po na nafile sa akin noong 2008 violating ra 7610 ... Dati po kong mgr sa isang fastfud, and may isa pong crew na naging gf ko...she was just 17 then,, we had sexual interactions pero hindi ko po siya tinakot or pinwersa or binayaran...nabuntis po siya and her parents filed a case to the fiscal's office...and nung pung ipatawag ako sa preliminary investigation i admitted the case...hoping for an amicable settlement...gumawa po sila ng kasulatan na kailangan magbayad ako ng 500k para i null nila kaso...i signed the agreement kahit di ako sure na mababyaran ko sila kasi minimum earner lang ako...i was forced to sign para di n po umakyat sa korte ang kaso...nakapagbigay na po ako ng 100k na inutang ko lang po at hanggang ngayun ay di ko pa nababyran......and yung 400k na balanse ay di ko pa nababayaran.this morning i had a call from phil ... May dumating na resolution galing sa fiscal na nagsasabing indicted ako sa case ra 7610 sec 5.....ano pong maari kong gawin para madismiss pa yung kaso...maraming salamat po

i believe this should just be a case of seduction. sec 5 refers to prostitution.

salamat po attorney sa reply..will the case prosper po ba? Will the judge issue arrest warrant ?how long po bago marelease ung arrest warrant? Ano po maari kong gawin para madismiss po yung kaso? Or may chance po bang madismiss...?

i'm afraid these are all very speculative. your best move would be to send someone to check on the status of the case at the court or prosecutor's office. this is what i do for my clients so we won't be guessing.
