Arresto Menor

i really need info. my daughter is 14yo and had a relationship with a 46yo man. they had sex. i filed a case against the man the day i was able to confirm that something happened. the case that was filed was seduction in relation to ra 7610. is there any way the man can be imprisoned though with the consent of my daughter who is a minor? the man manipulated the mind of the child and what my daughter only knows, is she loves him.
