Hi I used to work in one university in cebu on a contractual basis since regularization is in comlpliance w/ the masteral degree of which i'm still currently enrolled also. However, this coming 2nd semester my contract will not be renewed coz of some student complaints regarding the teacher. My question is, what can i get out of the 10months service? I'm also paying insurance for the said months but havent availed it, do i get a refund? please advise thanks

weren't you paid a salary? what insurance is this? if you were covered during the period paid for,then there can be no refund.

i was given my last salary on the 3oth. what about sick leave and separation pay? the insurance is intellicare, yes i was covered but haven't used the insurance for my baby and me for 2 semesters
