if you win, nothing more will happen.
if you are guilty, it depends if you are at the mtc or rtc. if mtc, you can still stay free on bail, if in rtc, you will have to file a motion to be allowed, which if denied, you go to jail, pending your appeal.
or if you are sentenced to less than 6 years, you can apply for probation.

salamat po atty. paano po atty kung mahina naman po ang ebedensya po at puro can't recall ang sagot ng mga testigo, but ang kalaban ay bangko po it is possible na manalo po ako? i hope for the positive result, salamat po.. Godbless.
