I got married to a Filipino since 2001. Ive been residing in the Philippines via TRV...i renew its validity every 2 years and its really stressful....i cant imagine doing that for the rest of my life. we already have a child and my child has a Filipino passport already. I just wanna know if i have other options. im a UK passport holder British National Overseas via Hong Kong

you can explore applying for a permanent resident visa. first one is only 1 year, but after renewal, 10 years.
