gud.day i'm working in a private health care company.My concern is it legal ba ung ginagawa nila sa pagterminate s mga kasama ko or saming lahat after 2 yrs of working in the company, before kc when we sign the contract sabi nila after 6mos.ung provision nmin and alam nmin un ung legal nmn s pilipinas and then after mapalitan ung HR nmin iba ang nagyari ginagawa nila after 2yrs irereview daw nila lahat ng pappers nmin kunwari at kapag hindi maganda performance mo antimano after a month wala k nang trabaho. on the other hand kapag na renew nmn kmi another year p daw then review ulit ng performance bago kmi maregular so all in all 3yrs bago kmi maregular like me more than 2 yrs nko s company contractual parin daw ako.
Moreover by batch kc ang category ng mga nurses s company ung mga lower batch n kasama ko lately lng nmin nalaman s kanila after the deliberation nila sabi daw ng HR s kanila prepare their self na baka wala ng marenew s kanila, i mean is anong silbi ng deliberation kung gnon?kahit gano kapa kaganda ung performance mo wala n sila pakialam bsta magtatangal sila...pls help us nmn regarding our concern filling nmin niloloko kmi ng company e....

pls help me, i need an advise.. nkadipalto po ako ng pera ng company, im a sales agent and allowed to collect money from our clients. 122k po ang ngstos ko at ngyn nhuli n ko ng company. last friday po hndi ako mkaalis ng ofice until pngwa ako ng leter na ng pagAmin. gumawa promisory note at ngyng may 30 dpt mblik yun pera wla po ako mhagilapan ng ganung halaga agad agad,ngpunta knna supervisor sa bhay at sinabing pagdi ako ngkapgcomply sa date na schedule ittuloy n yung case they even hold me para d ako mkaalis ng bnsa, wla nmn po ako kkayahang umalis ng bnsa dhil 5mnths pregnant ako at wla akong pera to travel, nttkot lng ako mgpakita sa ofice dhil bka ihold nla ako at d na makauwe.please i need an advise, gusto ko ng mapakamatay wla akong mpunthang tao para maktulong skn.

nurse poh ako and the company providing a dialysis care lahat ng mga kasama kong cnasabi are nurses also...naguguluhan kami pare pareho if it is legal ang ginagawa nila smin contractual lng daw kmi kaya kaya nilang gawin un after 3 yrs p bago maging regular.
