ano po gagawin ko... un tita ko po binentahan ako ng educational plan, sa sobrang tiwala ko hindi ko binasa ang kontrata, pension plan po pla ito. at wala ng educational plan offer ang kompanya.

at ano po pwede ko isampang kaso sa nairecord ko na usapan na naglalaman ng hindi mgagandang salita para sa pamilya ko.

signing a contract without reading its content is your watched. COnsidering that you have affixed your signature its considered done deal.

on the issue of your recording your conversation, you can not use it against her as this is a "previleged communication" between you and your tita and this can be alleged by your tita in the event you will use it against her.
