sir, magandang araw po sa inyo.... Gusto ko po bumili nang lupa. patay napo ang nag mamay ari nito, ang mga anak ang may gusto na ibinta ang lupa..nka pakangalan ang lupa sa parents nila..
den, 11 sila mag kakapatid.. napag decision nila na ibinta ang lupa..

wla po akong idea kong paano ko ito ma bili... pls. help me po. i need your advice..
