Meron po ipinagbibili na fishpond na minana po nilang walong magkakapatid. Wala daw po silang titulo o kahit oha ng lupa. Nakapangalan daw po ang lupa sa lolo nila na pinamana naman sa kanilang ina. Tanong ko lang po kung sakali ano ang magiging problema kung bibilhin po ang lupa

assuming there's a title, there has to be settlement of all the estate taxes for the previous owners, plus the families of the uncles and aunts of the children might come after the property.
