hi, i need help po. I'm already 29 now and since 2007 i am married to a 44 yrs old. After lumipat ako sa house ng husband ko dun ko lang nalaman na hindi pala real name, age, parents ang ginamit niya sa kasal namin. Nalaman ko pa na kasal siya sa real name niya. Na check ko po sa NSO na married ako sa fake niyang name at ang name na yun wala sa NSO means walang birth certificate yung fake name.

VOID po ba kasal namin? please help po... thank you in advance.

moderator

until there is a case filed to declare your marriage to be void, it is presumed to be valid.

if an actual case is filed, it has to be shown that those two marriage certificates refer to the same person.
