I never thought that my marriage was valid until i tried to get cenomar from nso. The signatures of my parents were fake and i was told that it wasn't valid by my "wife's" mother and that we just need to fake it because my "wife" was pregnant and for their religion's sake. So without my family, i agreed to the fake marriage.

We had been separated for almost 10yrs now. She is now living with another guy and they have 2 kids. I found out that i am "married" when i tried to get cenomar to marry my present girlfriend. What i have is Marriage Contract from NSO.

Is my marriage legal in the 1st place? Is it voidable or do i have to file for annulment?

Thank you!

Whatever the case, be it valid od not, you need to go to court for your maƕriage to be annulled or nullified. When a public record exists, it is presumed valid and if you contract a 2nd marriage without having your 1st marriage nullified or annulled, you may be held liable for bigamy.

Since i agreed to the fake marriage, will that be used against me? I was 22 and she was 17 when we got married.

What is my 1st step?
