good day atty. i have a friend who just died september 2013. member po siya ng social security system. ginamit po niya ang lastname ng lalake. when she was still alive, she found out na fake po ang marriage nila. meron po silang nag-iisang anak.ang tanong ko po.. what is the other option in claiming her death benefit kung wala po marriage contract? thank you
