Guideline for computation for over load in Private education institution

Sir,
I'm a newly graduate teacher teaching in a private school.Our salary is below minimum.In my second year i don't have SSS and Tax contribution,not payed during holiday.
Where i can find specific guideline for these.?
Last year we are overload and they just paid us 11.00 hour for the extra load.

are you full time or part time teacher? are you required to spend your whole day in the school? what does the school say?
