Arresto Menor

I've signed a two year contract with the school but on the second month of my teaching I decided not to continue since the salary is only 8,000 pesos and requires us to render 9hours of work 6days a week. I didn't report to work for almost 5 days hoping that they will give sanction AWOL but the problem is they kept on texting and harassing me to report for work and if i will not do it they will file legal cases against me. They also added that I need to pay 50k pesos as damage and expenses for the training.

I also found out among my fellow teacher that I was the only one who have a copy of the contract

What possible cases can they file against me?

Will I go to prison if will not continue my contract?

Am i liable to pay the 50k pesos for the damages and training?

Thank you.

Please response asap. I really need help.

They send a notice this morning requesting me to report for work if not they will file legal action.
