deliberate cheating- causing monetary losses and emotional trauma

I am writing to you from dubai, if anyone can take this legally, money or fees is not a prooblem.
There is this girl from philippines who was with me here in dubai, and she has been taking money from me for supporting her family and kids with a promise of being my partner.
the total value of money would be equivalent or above to 2 Million peso.
I recently discovered that she has been cheating me on this, i have all documents of money send to her as well as communications in whatsapp and messenger.
I want to deal this legally so that she can't cheat any other person.

It would be most ideal if you can come here to the Philippines to file a case against her with the help of a lawyer who is well-versed in criminal law. Assuming your facts are correct and the evidences can corroborate your claim, then Genelyn may be held liable for estafa.
