I came into a reservation agreement with 2 others on a pre-selling property in the Philippines. Moving forward they decided to transfer the reservation for the pre-selling property to another property of their liking, without my consent, hence they no longer contacted me regarding the property since they were making their own decisions to transfer the property, at which time I no longer made deposits into their account. The Seller is only aware that the issued payments came from a specific individual, Seller was not concerned, so long as the payments cleared.
I know that I cannot hold the Seller liable, according to the Reservation agreement however am I able to hold the others accountable for my portion of the financing that I had deposited into their account here in the U.S.?
