I would like to know if I can oblige the company where I have made a reservation payment with. I intended to purchase a residential condo and so I made a reservation payment on September 9, 2013. The said project have not launched yet, in short up to this time there is no unit that have been reserved for me yet. Due to some reason, me and my husband decided not to pursue the purchasing.
Can you please advise me if I can insist for a refund? If they have already reserved a unit for me I would agree that I cannot refund my money. But as I have said, there is none and they even haven't showed me a floor plan. One more thing, when I made the payment, the receipt that they gave me was unofficial. It was just an acknowledgement receipt printed from a computer.
I hope you can enlighten me with this matter.
