Good day,
I’m writing in behalf of my foreigner boyfriend. He have a daughter to her ex-gf and he’s supporting her daughter of P 50,000 monthly. However the ex-gf is asking more than that and she’s not showing her daughter to my bf. She’s saying that he will sue my bf to the court. Now my question is there any possibility that her ex can file a case against him even his a Romanian citizen and is it possible that she can file a hold departure order if in case he will visit in the Philippines?
Second question does my bf can file a petition to her daughter to see him if he will go vacation in the Philippines because as what I’ve said he’s supporting her daughter monthly.
