It depends upon the appreciation of the court if such will be submitted as evidence in an ongoing case.

The best proof is still the receipt, of course. If it cannot be found, then other circumstantial evidences may be used to establish the fact of consistent monthly financial support to an illegitimate child.

hanggang 18 years old lang ba ang financial support para sa illegitimate child? at pwede bang bigyan na lang ng trust fund ang bata instead na mag monthly padala?

Under PH laws and jurisprudence, support can extend beyond the age of majority, depending on the circumstances of the son/daughter. It also depends on the appreciation of the family court on the petition of support of the other party.

Trust fund can be established for the child, under the supervision of the courts and upon mutual agreement by both parties.

You should talk to your lawyer that is handling your case, since he knows of your circumstances and evidences to answer your legal queries with authority.
