Hi, Ask ko lang po if legal ang patakan ng isang agency na walang back pay at ang 13 month pay po ay binibigay nila every 5 months. ang contract po namin sa agency is 1 year then ang ginagawa po nila is every 5 months nalang nag bibigay ng 13 month pay,para po kasing lumalabas na ang back pay namin is yung 13 month na. eh december wala naman po natatanggap na 13 month pay or bonus.. legal po ba ang mga ganitong gawain nila?,at about sa computation nila sa 13 month pay, in 5 months po ba 3,800.00 dapat?

para saan ang backpay? nag resign ka ba?

magkano ang monthly nyo? so sa 5th month 3,800 lang ang binibigay? kailan binibigay yung rest nang 13th month?

pwede ka mag report sa DOLE.

Pwede mag bigay ng 13th month ng mas maaga, like every 5 months, or every month din. ang di lang pwede is hindi ibigay sa inyo ng 13th month pay ninyo.

yung computation ng 13th month ay depende sa sahod ninyo kaya di namin masasabi na 3,800.00 ang dapat kung wala kaming basihan

BACK PAY po pag na endo wala silang binibigay na seperation pay,
monthly is 10k, yup 3800 po na tanggap ko na 13 month in 5 months. bali po ang gawa nila is every 5 months nag rerecontract sila at yung 13month pay po ang binibigay,,witch is 1 yr ang talagang contract namin sa kanila, tama po ba na wala kaming matatanggap na seperation pay if mag endo na kami?

wala talagang separation pay sa batas unless yung company mismo ang nagbibigay..

yung 13th month na sinasabi mo.. pro rated yun for 5 months kaya 3800 lang.
