question po!
i have this scenario po kasi.. i've been working for a company pero i'm under agency po for 2 years nd 3 months. rinegular po ako ng company ko, sabi po ng agency ko makukuha ko daw po ang last pay which was my last pay po for the cutoff period ko po bgo aq mairegular.
* CASH BOND po, yung deduction ko po 400 monthly
* 13th month
and back pay confused po kasi aq if SAME NA YUNG BACK PAY SA LAST PAY??. kasi sbi ng friend ko may law daw po n once an employee e ngwork more than a year he/she was entitled daw to get the back pay?.. totoo po ba? gstu ko den po malamn computation ko ng 13th month pay.. makukuha ko po kasi this month just incase hinde magtally yung computation may law po b ako mpapanghawakan para mgreklamo saknla..? salamat po.. godbless!
