Good Day to you Atty,

Nag-submit po ako sa CENRO ng Plano for approval sa
aking agricultural land. Hindi po tinangap ang deed
sale ko kasi yong 2nd page lang ang ang may notaryo.
Ang deed of sale na ito ay noon pang year 2001. At
ang abogado na nagnotaryo ay patay na po. Ano po ang
gagawin ko atty.

partition po noong 2001 na notarized. Salamat po!

do you mean page 1 is a different document as to page 2? it's actually two different documents, each one signed separately?

Page#2 is a continuation of page#1, there are 7 heirs,
that's makes the document longer. But actually its only
a continuation.

in that case, then it should be considered notarized also.

you can inquire at the notary section of the office of the executive judge where the notary was registered and ask if they can certify the document.
