Good day.

We have a Deed of Sale prepared and signed on December 2012 that has not been notarized yet. What are the legal implications if we notarized it now? or is it better if we make a new deed of sale? please advise. thank you very much.

The implication of notarizing it now is that the counting of the period for payment of real estate taxes will start.
