Good day attorney ako po yung seller binenta po namin yung property namin mag asawa as we checked di pa napanotaryo yung deed bale assume mortgage po iyon..2008 pa nagkapirmahan sa home guaranty ano po ba ang dapat ipanotaryo na para wala na kung magkaproblema man po in the future eh wala kami pananagutan like kung maforeclosure yan.. worried lang kami kasi pag naforeclose po magkarecord kami like ngayon po almost 7years na pala di binabayaran pati amilyar since 2007. Sana po masagot po ang katanungan ko. Thank you
