Hi Atty.

As lang po ako kase I immediately resigned and hindi tinanggap ng HR ko due to pending admin hearing. Hindi na po sana ako aattend ng hearing at aalis nalang. Kung hindi ko daw po papasukan is matatag ako as AWOL, and I was asvised by my TL na baka hindi daw po ako makapag clearance. Thank you po in advance..

Ask ko lang po sana kung AWOL parin po tagging nun though hindi lang nila tinanggap immediate resignation ko? And hindi raw po ako makakapag clearance. Thank you po

So does this mean na hindi rin po makakapag clearance though I’m willing to be cleared? Ganun po ba yun? Hindi na po kase ako makakapag render ng 30 days e.

makakapag clearance ka pa din, just ask the HR on how to go about it. kaso as per their record you are still AWOL. with some companies, they allow immediate resignation, some don't.

Tama lang ang ginawa ng kumpanya mo na hindi tanggapin ang resignation letter mo dahil my kaso ka. Ano akala mo, makakatakas ang mga empleyado sa accountabilities/kaso nila (kung meron) sa pagre-resign? Andali naman palang takasan ang kaso kung ganun.

Pero hindi AWOL dapat ang tagging sayo. Kung ipa-process ng kumpanya ang kaso mo at napatunayan na may kasalanan ka (based sa kwento mong may admin hearing ka na), mate-terminate ka based dun sa kaso mo.
