hi po atty. ask ko lang po sana kasi umabsent po ako sa work kasi nagkasakit po ako nakapagadvise po ako 15 minutes after ng shift ko pagbalik ko sa work nakatagged ako as awol tinanong ko kung pwede file as sick leave sabi ng supervisor ko awol na daw ako..ano kaya pwede kong gawin?

Hi, hindi ka ba na advice kung before or after work ka mag nonotice? usually kasi company policy notify before shift. nasa company hand book or nung orientation naka lagay un. kasi kung hindi pasok sa time allotted nila for notification pwede ka nila ma tagged as awol since after shift yun. Ang magagawa mo na lang is makiusap sa supervisor mo na kung pwede hindi ka na i-tag as awol.
